By partnering with local nonprofits and encouraging our teams to engage meaningfully, we’re not just giving back, we’re building a culture rooted in empathy, purpose, and action.
Here are two of our key CSR initiatives and how they’re helping us turn intention into impact.
Empowering Young Minds with Gubbachi
Access to quality education is a right every child deserves. To support this vision, iQuanti partners with Gubbachi, a Bengaluru-based nonprofit that helps integrate marginalized children of migrant workers into mainstream education. These children, often left to their own devices while both parents work on construction sites, face multiple barriers to formal learning—including lack of access, existing learning gaps, and language or cultural challenges.
Even when children manage to enroll in government schools, under-resourced environments often result in poor learning outcomes and eventual dropouts.
To support these children and offer them a path toward lifelong learning, iQuanti sponsors the entire Gubbachi Nali Kali program at the Harlur school, directly impacting around 90 children.
About the Nali Kali Program
The program implements multi-grade multi-level Nali-Kali curriculum (Grades 1-3). Based on Montessori principle, children are taught early literacy, numeracy, and environmental science, while also developing critical social-emotional skills.
This structured yet flexible approach helps bridge existing learning gaps and prepares children to transition into mainstream schooling, giving them a real shot at long-term academic success.
How iQuanti Employees Support CSR Initiatives
While our financial support ensures continuity and quality in the program, our employees also get the opportunity to engage with the children.
- iQuantians participate in school events like Children’s Day celebrations, adding joy and encouragement to the students’ academic journey.
- They also accompany children on field trips to places like the zoo, aquarium, planetarium, butterfly park, and more—providing not just supervision, but warm companionship and mentorship.
- The field trips are sponsored by iQuanti and Gubbachi.
Upcoming Initiatives with Gubbachi:
- A day of learning and fun with the children, organized by iQuanti volunteers on 4th of July.
- Celebrating Annual/Children’s Day with the children.
Advocating for Animal Welfare with ARF
Our corporate social responsibility extends beyond people. We have partnered with ARF (Animal Rights Fund), an organization dedicated to promoting animal welfare and legal protections.
Through this partnership, we support initiatives such as:
- Emergency care for sick and injured street animals
- Rescue and rehabilitation of abandoned pets
- Animal Birth Control and Anti-Rabies drives
- Adoption campaigns to create space for new rescues
- Legal advocacy, including victories like the camel case in the High Court.
These efforts are powered by the compassion of ARF volunteers and supported by iQuanti’s donations and volunteer visits to local shelters.
