Through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, we work with organizations that are creating meaningful opportunities for communities that need support. Our partnership with Gubbachi is one part of this commitment, combining continued support for children’s education with opportunities for our employees to engage with them beyond the classroom.
These interactions give our teams a chance to contribute in a different way, while giving the children opportunities to enjoy new experiences, build connections, and simply have fun.
A Day Out With the Children of Gubbachi
As part of our ongoing engagement with Gubbachi, a group of iQuantians spent 20th August with the children at Jawahar Bal Bhavan.
The outing offered a change of setting and a day centered around recreation. With games, rides, and time spent together, the children had the opportunity to enjoy themselves alongside our volunteers.
For our iQuantians, it was equally an opportunity to step away from their regular work routines and engage with the children in a relaxed environment.
Employee Participation That Goes Beyond Volunteering
Our employees bring an important dimension to our CSR initiatives through their active participation. Spending time with the communities we support allows them to contribute personally and build connections through shared experiences.
During the Gubbachi outing, our volunteers:
- Joined the children in playing games
- Accompanied them on rides at Jawahar Bal Bhavan
- Spent time interacting and engaging with them throughout the outing
- Distributed sweets and juice to the children
What made the day special was the involvement of our volunteers in the activities themselves. Rather than simply facilitating the outing, they became part of it, playing, participating, and sharing in the children’s excitement.
Moments from Our Recent Gubbachi Outing
The day at Jawahar Bal Bhavan was filled with the kind of moments that are easy to remember. The children moved from one activity to another with enthusiasm, while our volunteers joined them along the way.
Games brought everyone together, and the rides added another layer of excitement to the outing. Between the activities, there was time for conversations, interaction, and plenty of laughter.
As the day came to an end, our team distributed sweets and juice to the children. It was a fitting close to an outing built around spending time together and creating a positive experience. For everyone involved, the day offered more than recreation. It created space for genuine interaction and reminded us of the value of showing up, participating, and giving our time to others.
Continuing to Create Community Impact
Our work with Gubbachi is part of iQuanti’s broader effort to support communities through sustained engagement. Financial support helps enable these initiatives, while employee participation adds a personal dimension to the work.
Outings such as this also give our people an opportunity to experience the impact of CSR firsthand. The connections formed during these interactions reinforce the importance of making community engagement a shared responsibility across the organization.
