An iQuanti Employee Spotlight | Bryan Keller, Senior Director, UX , reflects on innovation, continuous learning, and using emerging technologies to shape the future of user experience.
Great user experiences are built through curiosity, experimentation, and a willingness to keep learning. That philosophy has shaped Bryan Keller’s 15+ year career in UX and continues to guide his work as Senior Director, UX at iQuanti. Since joining the organization, Bryan has focused on strengthening the UX practice by supporting business pitches, standardizing design processes, and introducing emerging AI-powered tools that elevate both internal capabilities and client deliverables.
Bryan sees innovation as an ongoing process of learning, experimenting, and improving. Instead of following trends, he focuses on applying emerging AI and design technologies where they create meaningful value. This approach is helping elevate UX practices at iQuanti, strengthen design capabilities, and inspire teams to explore new ideas with confidence and creativity.
Building a Stronger UX Practice
Joining a new organization often means understanding existing processes before introducing change. Bryan approached his first few months at iQuanti with that mindset, looking for opportunities to strengthen the UX practice while contributing wherever he could.
Bryan has focused on creating consistency across the UX practice while supporting teams throughout the organization.
Reflecting on his role, he explains, “Helping with pitches mostly, standardizing our UX practice here and levelling up our client deliverables by leveraging emerging AI/design tools and techniques.”
For Bryan, improving design is not limited to individual projects. It also involves building repeatable processes, encouraging collaboration, and giving teams access to tools that help them work more effectively. By focusing on standardization and innovation together, he is helping create a stronger foundation for future UX initiatives.
Exploring New Possibilities with AI
Few areas of technology are evolving as quickly as artificial intelligence, and Bryan has embraced the opportunity to explore how it can strengthen the design process.
He finds satisfaction in experimenting with new AI capabilities and discovering how they can complement traditional UX methods rather than replace them.
“I’m currently enjoying playing with all the various uses of AI and exploring how it allows me to expand upon my skill set to deliver more engaging and complex things.”
Bryan is helping strengthen iQuanti’s UX practice while exploring the future of AI-powered design.
For Bryan, AI represents another tool that enables designers to think differently, work more efficiently, and push creative boundaries. Exploring these capabilities has become one of the most rewarding aspects of his role, allowing him to continuously expand both his skills and the possibilities available to the UX team.
A Mindset Built Around Learning
Ask Bryan about his experience at iQuanti so far, and his response is refreshingly simple. “It’s been really good! I met some good people and have been learning a lot!” Learning has always been central to his career. Even after more than 15 years in UX, Bryan believes one of the greatest advantages of working in technology is the opportunity to keep expanding your knowledge. “In the best tech-related roles, one is often paid to learn. This is a privilege and should be taken advantage of.”
Rather than viewing experience as the finish line, Bryan sees it as a platform for continued growth. Every new project, tool, and conversation offers another chance to improve. That willingness to keep learning has helped him stay adaptable while navigating an industry that continues to evolve at an extraordinary pace. His philosophy also extends to the way he approaches each day at work. “Try to deliver something of value to the organization every day and take pride in it.”
He believes meaningful contributions do not always have to be large or highly visible. Consistently adding value, supporting teammates, and leaving projects better than he found them are all equally important measures of success.
Seeing Design Through a Business Lens
One of the biggest insights Bryan has gained during his time at iQuanti is understanding how closely design and business performance are connected. Throughout his career, user experience has been about creating intuitive, engaging, and meaningful digital interactions. At iQuanti, however, he has developed a new appreciation for how design decisions can directly influence measurable business outcomes. Reflecting on this perspective, Bryan says, “That you can put an actual dollar value on design through Conversion Rate Optimization testing. That’s huge!”
For Bryan, this realization has reinforced the importance of balancing creativity with data. Great design is not only about delivering seamless experiences but also about understanding how those experiences influence user behavior and contribute to business success. Seeing design through this commercial lens has expanded the way he approaches UX, making every design decision more intentional and outcome-driven.
Delivering Value Every Day
Technology evolves quickly, but Bryan believes one principle remains constant: every day presents an opportunity to contribute something meaningful.
His approach is not centered on waiting for major milestones or breakthrough ideas. Instead, he believes consistent improvement creates the greatest long-term impact. As he explains, “Try to deliver something of value to the organization every day and take pride in it.”
This mindset encourages continuous progress while reinforcing personal accountability. Rather than measuring success only through large achievements, Bryan values the smaller improvements that strengthen teams, improve workflows, and help move projects forward. For him, meaningful growth is built one contribution at a time.
Life Beyond Work
Outside the workplace, Bryan enjoys activities that allow him to recharge while continuing to explore new experiences. Music, cooking, tennis, and travel all provide opportunities to step away from the screen and engage with different interests.
Each hobby offers something unique. Cooking encourages creativity and experimentation, tennis provides a healthy challenge, music offers inspiration, and travel introduces new perspectives and cultures. Together, they create a balance that complements the curiosity and creativity Bryan brings into his professional life.
Whether discovering a new destination or trying something unfamiliar in the kitchen, Bryan enjoys experiences that keep him learning, exploring, and staying inspired.
Advice for New Joiners
Having joined iQuanti relatively recently, Bryan believes one of the organization’s greatest strengths is its collaborative and open culture. He encourages new team members to make the most of every opportunity available to them and to remain proactive in expanding their capabilities.
Sharing his advice, Bryan says, “Take advantage of iQuanti’s openness and small company culture to learn as much as you can, expand your skill set, and take chances!”
For Bryan, growth comes from stepping outside familiar responsibilities and remaining open to new ideas. The willingness to experiment, ask questions, and embrace unfamiliar challenges often creates the biggest opportunities for professional development. He believes iQuanti provides an environment where curiosity is encouraged and learning is part of everyday work.

As technology continues to reshape digital experiences, Bryan remains committed to exploring what is possible while never losing sight of the people using the products and services being designed. His story reflects the belief that great design is driven by curiosity, strengthened through continuous learning, and made more valuable when it delivers measurable outcomes.
