Vish Sastry Rachakonda
Founder & Executive Chairman
Sastry founded iQuanti in 2008 and as CEO has grown it into a trusted performance marketing partner for some of the world’s leading brands, particularly in banking and financial services. Now as Executive Chairman (and Chief Cheerleader!) Sastry continues to champion iQuanti’s mission of driving superior digital performance through data-led capabilities. He is a zealous guardian of the company’s values, and remains actively engaged in shaping strategic direction and culture.
Before starting iQuanti, Sastry worked at Discover and American Express, where he built deep expertise in marketing. He lives with his wife Meena and their dog Bruno in Jersey City.

Flora Chan
VP, Strategic Services
As Vice President of Strategic Services, Flora provides consultation and services to our clients across the United States and Canada with strategic solutions that focus on integrated marketing, social media, insights and best-in-class digital experiences.
Flora previously held senior leadership roles in marketing across financial services and technology industries in both North America and Asia. Her global experience includes leading brand and customer growth strategies for HSBC Singapore’s Wealth & Personal Banking as Senior Vice President of Marketing.
Flora holds an MA from Cambridge University in the U.K. Outside of work, she has a passion for collecting contemporary art pieces from different parts of the world while traveling with her family.

Vishal Maru
VP, Solutions
With over 15 years of experience across product and growth marketing in the financial services and fintech industry, Vishal has successfully built product, GTM and customer acquisition strategies for B2B and B2C organizations.
He has spent the last 7 years at iQuanti leading product and solution strategies and delivering strong business outcomes for marketers in financial services industry. Prior to iQuanti, he has led acquisition and digital transformation strategies at firms like Discover and Enova Financial.
As a product leader, he is passionate about deeply understanding customer needs and challenges, maintaining a strong pulse on market and competitive dynamics, crafting compelling product narratives, and obsessively pursuing product-market fit for 0 to 1 products. In the past few years, his focus has been AI-led products and solutions, successfully identifying actionable use cases in this dynamic technology landscape. His approach to leadership is anchored in building a shared vision, and driving alignment and accountability, while creating an environment where people can excel.

Anwesha Mazumdar
VP, Engagements
Anwesha, Vice President of Engagements at iQuanti, oversees delivery of marketing & analytics services across our global client portfolio. She focuses on driving scalable, high-impact outcomes by embedding operational excellence and structured solutioning in client engagements. Previously, she co-founded and led Credello, iQuanti’s B2C fintech platform, focusing on its growth strategy and product innovation. With over 15 years of experience, she’s worked extensively with global brands in areas of performance marketing, product marketing, product development and solution innovation.
She holds a B.Tech and an MBA in Marketing. Outside of work, she’s often planning her next travel adventure or unwinding with a crochet project.

Arnab Sen
Chief Executive Officer
Arnab Sen is the Chief Executive Officer at iQuanti, leading its evolution into an AI-first company continuing to drive powerful digital marketing performance for its clients.
Arnab has over two decades of experience in building and scaling technology-led businesses, with a strong track record of driving growth and innovation. He began his career at McKinsey & Company and later founded Reventics, a healthcare technology firm specializing in payment and reimbursement management, which was acquired by Omega Healthcare. He subsequently served as Omega’s Chief Strategy Officer. Throughout his career, Arnab has built a customer-first culture, ensuring that every product, service, and strategy is aligned with delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Arnab has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta, and an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. He and his wife, Swati, live in New York City with their two beloved dogs and are parents to two college-going daughters.

Tony Hooper
SVP, Consulting and Solutions Development
As Senior Vice President, Client Services, Tony oversees the management and growth of the company’s clients across the Americas, leveraging his extensive experience in strategy and data-driven marketing. Tony previously held positions in management consulting, and was General Manager of Equus Group, serving global clients such as Unilever and American Express. He also led marketing teams in the consumer card business at American Express.
Tony holds a dual degree in Economics and Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences from Northwestern University and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Besides travelling and getting out to play tennis, Tony enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters at home in New York City.

Aditya Saxena
SVP, Head of Consulting
As the Global Head of Digital Consulting, Aditya leads iQuanti’s efforts to solution and build high impact digital channel transformation programs for our clients. He also leads iQuanti’s business in APAC and EMEA. Previously, Aditya led the overall delivery organization at iQuanti.
Aditya has over a decade of strategy experience across financial services, healthcare, and technology industries. He has led growth and transformation mandates for Fortune 500 enterprises across the US, Canada, and India. In the past, Aditya held leadership roles in management consulting with Deloitte and KPMG. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Min Yang
VP, Strategic Services
As Vice President of Strategic Services, Min focuses on helping clients achieve their growth targets by leveraging her extensive background in digital strategies, data analytics and cross-channel marketing in both consumer and B2B sectors.
Min previously headed the Small Business Acquisition team at Discover and served as VP of Product Marketing at Chase with acquisition and P&L responsibilities. Min holds an MBA and an MA from University of Maryland. Outside of work, she has a passion for learning and practicing ancient health wisdom and helping others along the way.

Karen Hornick
VP, Strategic Services
As Vice President Strategic Services, Karen serves as a strategic partner for some of our largest BFSI and e-Commerce brands across the South and Mid-West regions. A seasoned agency veteran, Karen applies her 20+ years of digital acquisition and CRM expertise to orchestrate innovative digital programs that drive results. She is well versed in data-driven, omni-channel solutions that improve engagement and conversions.
Before joining iQuanti, Karen held leadership positions at Omnicom agencies and Acxiom, working with top-tier brands across a variety of industries.
She holds a BA in Marketing from UNT. Karen is married and in her spare time loves spending time with family, dabbles in real estate, has a secret salsa recipe and is a documentary junkie.

Sri Ramakrishnan
VP, Marketing
Sri drives iQuanti’s presence on the West Coast, providing clients with strategic direction and solutioning in performance marketing. Sri also leads the marketing function for iQuanti, shaping brand strategy and thought leadership. A seasoned marketing executive with 20+ years of hands-on experience both in large enterprises and Silicon Valley based startups, Sri has worked in marketing strategy, brand management, product marketing, business development, and performance marketing. She has also been an adjunct faculty teaching digital marketing at select business schools.
Sri has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Bachelors in Computer Science from Osmania University. She lives in Palo Alto, CA with her husband, two boys, and dog Mowgli, who in recent times has proven to be a great co-worker!

Cyma Saeed
VP, Strategic Services
Cyma joined iQuanti in Dec 2020 to lead Strategic Services for clients in the Mid-West. A relentless advocate of consumers and clients, Cyma has been creating insight-driven marketing solutions for enterprises and agencies for over 20 years.
As the head of search, site and content strategies for Allstate and Discover, her focus has been on growing new customer acquisition and increasing sales through increased visibility and engaging digital experiences.
Cyma’s previous marketing experience includes leading creative services at Saatchi & Saatchi and BBDO. When she’s not turning around insightful strategies for clients, Cyma would be traveling and watching her favorite bands in concert.

Wayne Cichanski
VP, Search & Site Experience
Wayne is a digital executive & SME with over 27 years experience in the field of digital marketing, web strategy, and search. As Vice President of Search Strategy for iQuanti, Wayne heads the global SEO and search strategy practice.
A creative, innovative thinker, Wayne enjoys problem-solving and strategic initiatives. Even before Google’s launch, Wayne had been involved in every aspect of algorithms and digital journeys as they evolved over the years.
Wayne divided his career both at the agency and brand levels, working with enterprise clients such as American Express, Chase, Discover, Goldman Sachs, 3M, Honeywell, and Mayo Clinic.

Alex Chang
SVP, Head of Creative services
Alex Chang is the SVP, Head of Creative Services at iQuanti. In this role, he oversees a creative practice that provides strategy, production, and channel optimization services for iQuanti’s clients. A veteran of over two and a half decades in marketing, Alex has experience at world-class brands and agencies. Prior to joining iQuanti, he served as CMO of the San Francisco 49ers. Before that, he held senior roles at American Express, Samsung, Wasserman, and IMG.
Alex was awarded the Adweek CMO Vanguard Award and was named to the Gold House A100 list, honoring the 100 Asians and Pacific Islanders who had the most impact on culture and society. He was also previously named to the Sports Business Journal Forty Under 40 and Power Players lists. His creative work has been recognized by organizations including the Emmys, Cannes Lions, Effies, CLIOs, Webby, Shorty, and Event Marketer.
Alex earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Emory University. He and his wife, Menaka, have three children and reside in New Jersey.
