Research client business and marketing needs and provide insights and strategic recommendations to mid to-senior level clients built on cross-channel marketing strategy and plans (20%). Explain the context, focus, and success metrics of strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams (15%). Introduce, employ, institutionalize, and champion iQuanti’s cutting edge technology and analytical tools to help clients achieve greater business success (10%). Partner with clients to achieve alignment within their organization and develop and execute tactical plans to implement marketing strategies (10%). Work with the Engagement Managers and delivery team leads to establish project level goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and plans, across multiple marketing channels, including paid search, organic search, display, retargeting, cross-channel strategy and optimization, website user experience optimization, and conversion optimization, while ensuring successful completion and delivery of commitments to clients (10%). Design and oversee the end-to-end holistic testing strategy, based on deep data analytics and structured to achieve performance targets and solutions to business challenges (10%). Guide the design, technology, and analytics teams to refine the ongoing testing strategy and testing plan, based on testing results and evolving business and market needs (10%). Proactively expand iQuanti’s relationship networks, identify potential opportunities, and develop and execute account growth plans with the support of the Vice President, Head of Financial Services Industry Vertical for the client portfolio group (5%). Develop strategies for the Financial Services industry, including understanding the industry trends and client needs, and adapting iQuanti’s proprietary digital marketing solutions to the needs of the industry (5%). Directly or indirectly, manage a team of highly specialized digital marketers (5%). ***Telecommuting options available only on the ad-hoc basis. ***Travel to clients’ sites and annual travel to iQuanti’s operating center in India less than 5% of time.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a related field with specific analytic driven coursework in areas such as Mathematics, Statistics, Modelling and Simulation, Computational Methods, Computer Applications and Programming and 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing. This position also requires: experience with statistical modeling and its application to solving business problems; experience with advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and with applications; experience using statistical computer languages to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets; experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages; experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, or neural networks; experience analyzing data from 3rd party providers, including: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Site Catalyst, Coremetrics, Adwords, Crimson Hexagon, or Facebook Insights; experience in running digital marketing programs across paid search, organic search, display, social media, site optimization, conversion optimization, and multivariate testing; experience in paid search and organic search; experience with cutting edge, marketing technologies, and analytic tools; and experience planning and leading meetings with marketing clients.
