Role:

iQuanti provides performance marketing services to leading enterprises globally, with a strong presence especially in the US market. A majority of iQuanti’s clients are in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) vertical, and are leaders and key players in this space. iQuanti’s marketing goal is to grow and build the iQuanti brand especially in this target audience, strengthen brand perception through thought leadership in the specialized area of Performance Marketing, and run Account Based Marketing programs to attract and retain quality clients. The Brand and Content Marketer will own and drive brand management and content marketing for iQuanti, including integrated branding, positioning, creative design and development, messaging across channels and formats, generating thought leadership content geared towards CMOs and Decision Makers in client and prospect enterprises, and providing creative and content support for outreach activities including events and webinars. A number of these initiatives including strategy, planning and roadmap, execution, and measurement. The Brand and Content Marketer will report in to the VP Marketing, and will be required to liaise as necessary across functions including Solutions, Product, Business Development, Account Management, and Senior Leadership. Given the global nature of iQuanti’s operations, some of this liaison will be be across time zones.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and finesse target customer personas, journey and funnel stages, and determine effective role and goal of marketing from awareness through to purchase and beyond to loyalty
  • Partner with Marketing head to formulate marketing strategies and develop detailed plans with goals and measurable metrics
  • Responsible for ideating, conceptualizing, and executing targeted thought leadership content and messaging, to attract and retain prospects and clients in the defined high priority target audiences. This would be across solution areas, geographies, client types, as well as effective showcasing of success stories.
  • Responsible for specific content marketing goals and OKRs, in terms of quality and frequency of deliverables, against specifically defined focus target audience groups
  • Conduct competitive and reference services agency analyses to garner learnings and insights for iQuanti’s marketing program
  • Analyze and report on brand and content marketing data and maintain robust marketing dashboard to report performance, provide impact analysis, as well as meaningful and actionable insights
  • Own iQuanti’s properties and presence across channels (organic social, organic search, website, etc) from design, creative, content perspective
  • Drive the ambitious plan of the revamp of iQuanti’s website in 2022
  • Create meaningful and insightful content through effective liaison with Solutions, Account Management, Engagement, and Sales teams, in order to arrive at an ideal and optimized content set across channels and target audiences
  • Work closely with internal and external resources and agencies for efficient execution of marketing programs
  • Work closely with rest of marketing team to strongly integrate with lead generation marketing, social media marketing, advertising content and collaterals, and other initiatives, in order to run marketing programs holistically
 

Desired Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles focused on brand management and content marketing
  • Experience working in the B2B and services space is a definite plus
  • Proven track record of delivering on stated marketing objectives
  • Ability to collaboratively work with and build teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced growth oriented environment with remote team members
  • Experience and understanding of performance marketing
  • Some experience in the BFSI sector is a nice to have
  • Ability and experience working in a global team, with exposure to markets outside of India (ideally the US)
  • Experience in driving online (and offline) events, including webinars, podcasts, interviews, roundtables
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms preferred, including publishing platforms
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, numerical skills and a good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communicator and people-oriented person who enjoys teamwork and working in a collaborative environment

Desired Qualification:

  • MBA from a top 10 premier institute
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing roles
